Wiola Haranczyk I've been a regular player for a long time. I rarely request withdrawals; I mainly deposit funds. The problem arose when withdrawing a total amount of around €5,000... 2 payments of €2000 and €1500 suddenly got stuck, no response from the payment site... then I was told to wait 5 days. Where was I assured that the payment would be made within 24 hours? Smaller payments, e.g., €200 or €350, didn't go through... and it was fine with those payments, even though they were being processed at the same time? the chat keeps brushing me off... and won't even tell me who is processing this payment... it's pathetic. -

bry60195 Could not get any help trying to activate bonus. I signed up like a week ago and couldnt figure out how to get the bonus and chat was not available. I logged in today and asked live support for help and they told me the free spins had expired. This is one of those casinos who will find any excuse not to pay out on withdrawals. If they are not even willing to give me the free spins for signing up, it will be an issue for withdrawals.

Dragon21 Very nasty and dirty play to play. I had a lot bad emotions with this casino. First of all it is obviously scripted and it is so visible. Of course I can't proove it, but who play there a lot know perfectly how vavada eats, yeah after millions of dollars it will give you some nice win, but you never gonna see there 96% of RTP, just ask in chat your bets, btw they probably not gonna say you that, because it is secret information. I remember no matter how many times I was asking loyalty bonuses, 90% of times they were declining my request, though I was pretty active player. And those 10% when I had some gifts it was the smallest 3$ gift with wager, funny. I remember how I participated in Telegram channel contest and ended on 2d place. Do you think I got something good? Lol, no. Actually top-10 players got ~70 euro without wager(or with 5x wager), but not me finishing 2d. Why? I have no idea, they just said I got enough, that's it. I asked to replace my current prize(which was something like 20 euro with 10x wager) with another gift and they just declined my request. I created complaints and they just again declined it. No loyalty at all. And vavadas tournaments is absolutely impossible to win.
