   I’ve had a great experience with Unibet so far. They’ve got a huge variety of games, and it’s really easy to find what you’re looking for thanks to their simple search and filters. I also appreciate that they’re upfront about RTPs and volatility — nothing is hidden, which makes me feel like they actually respect the player.
   
   On top of that, their customer support has been lovely whenever I’ve had a question — quick replies and genuinely friendly service.
   
   Overall, Unibet feels transparent, easy to use, and fair. I’d definitely recommend it if you want a casino that’s both fun and trustworthy.

   I have enjoyed playing at Unibet casino and it has been one of my favorites. I like that I can play at the casino and bingo. Deposits and withdrawals are fast.
   
   I don't like that the casino has slowly changed its policies. Previously, there were tournaments all the time and every day at bingo and casino, but now there are only one or two and even those tournaments last a week. At the casino, bonuses were usually wager-free. In bingo, you could get free spins for completing tasks, but now the prize is usually a lottery ticket.
   
   In bingo, the bingo wheel used to reward mini-games and bingo, but now only bingo. There was no information about this change. I wondered why the bingo wheel remained at 85% and the answer from the live chat was that the mini-games no longer affect the bingo wheel. The negative thing is that the live chat is not open 24/7 and you have to do things by email, which takes longer.

   I registered at Unibet Casino in March and completed the verification process. After that, I received a message saying everything was fine—the verification was completed, and the status of the documents changed. Without a second thought, I started playing: depositing, winning, losing, and withdrawing funds...
   
   Then, another notification came, and I had to go through verification again: send my passport or driver’s license, proof of address, a utility bill, a bank statement, and proof of funds. A lengthy list, but the very next day, I uploaded all the necessary documents, yet the verification process didn’t end there!
   
   They asked for a whole bunch of documents again, including a bank statement, and gathering them took me until August 9th. I also reminded the administration that I had previously sent them a 90-day Skrill statement, as I only deposited through this method, so all my transactions were there... What was the point of asking for the same documents? I was tormented with documents, I submitted everything, and still, everything went wrong.
   
   It didn’t take long to get a response: on the 12th, I received an email saying that my account was closed for violating clause 10.3, and all my funds were brazenly seized... well, confiscated, of course.
   
   At first, I thought it was a mistake since the email addressed me as "Anna," and the violation of clause 10.3 had nothing to do with me, as it essentially pertains to intellectual property.
   
   I tried to find out what exactly I had “violated.” Then they sent me another email, referring to a different clause, which seemed very strange to me. First, they call me Anna and say I violated clause 10.3, and now it turns out there’s a new clause. By the way, the account is still blocked. Every single day, they change the reasons for closing the account and come up with different excuses. Well, I didn’t get my money, but I did get a whole bunch of terrible emotions and emails with ridiculous excuses.

   For a casual casino player this is one of the better choices in the jungle of options. Solid brand, no fuss when it comes to deposits or wihdrawals, good support and a decent game offering. Not the most fancy though, but do we really need fancy all the time?

   One of the past best casinos. I loved kindred casinos but they decided to choose lower rtp games to site. When normal rtps were on sites i allmost spent my whole gaming budget to these. Still they are very trustworthy and payments are going thruw very fast.

   One of the best casinos, but now have limited deposit options. Supercool casino games in the bingo sections. Never any problems with withdrawal, and it is usually fast.

   I played here several times and I had 2 withdrawals. Ok, I see the warning and I believe they are cheating and not paying their marketing partners but I have had no negative experiences with them. Their offer of sporting events is truly impressive

    This casino is so bad i had account opened and verified and had few deposits but after some time finally i won like 100€ or something like that and they terminated my account for no reason.
